“We reduced tariff exposure by $1.2M in the first quarter.” VP, Fortune 500 Manufacturer

How will a new tariff affect my import costs and can I calculate it before it takes effect?

Yes, you can calculate it BEFORE. Upload your import data into the Tariff Impact Automation Suite™ and model the proposed tariff against your actual SKUs, suppliers, countries of origin, and critical products.

Included at No Additional Cost

You Didn’t Buy Four Separate Tools. Now It Doesn’t Feel Like Four Separate Dashboards Either.

The four workbooks above haven’t changed — they’re still the core of the suite. What’s new is the layer that sits in front of them: one self-contained file that opens all four as a single executive view, so you stop stitching four dashboards together in your head every time leadership asks where you stand.

You walk in and you’re already behind. Overnight it hit the news, the next 25% jump, or the list of economies about to get pulled into a Section 301 sweep, and before you’ve even set your coffee down, three people are standing at your desk asking the same question. What does this cost us.

That question used to mean triage. Email the consultant, get told “we’ll have something by end of week,” and spend the next four days fielding the same question from four different directions while you wait on an answer that was never coming fast enough to matter.

Here’s what changes it. You didn’t wait for the headline to start building the scenario. You priced it in the week the story first surfaced, using the free 90-Day Tariff Risk Calendar™. So when it actually landed, you weren’t starting from zero. You open the Command Center, drop in the new rate, and by the time you’ve walked from the door to your desk you have a real number, ready for the CFO, ready for whoever’s chasing an AFE or an FID deadline. Fifteen minutes. Not a promise for Friday.

That’s the whole difference. Not a nicer dashboard. Already knowing your number instead of promising one by next week.

One File, Four Modules, One Import

Open it in any browser — no install, no account, nothing leaves your computer. One Import Data button uploads each workbook’s real .xlsx file directly into its matching module. No CSV export, no copy-paste, no converting formats four separate times.

Executive Overview: Your Whole Position, One Screen

A fifth view sits in front of all four modules and answers “where do we stand” honestly — a portfolio status banner built from each module’s own tier calculation, plus the metrics that are genuinely additive across all four: open action items, modules flagged critical, and a consolidated priority list.

Presentation Mode, Module by Module

Each module keeps its own Dashboard/Presentation toggle, because a Dynamic Dashboard walkthrough and a Supplier Risk walkthrough are different conversations. One click turns whichever module you’re on into a board-ready slide deck with presenter notes.

Completely Private, By Design

The file reads your workbooks locally in the browser tab. Your sourcing strategy, supplier concentration, and rate-change scenarios never leave your machine — there’s no server behind it, so that question never comes up.

Already own TIAS-199? The unified Command Center is included at no additional cost — log back in and grab the updated file.

Where is your greatest tariff risk right now — and how much is it costing you?

The Tariff Impact Automation Suite™ turns your import data into interactive dashboards that reveal supplier risk, landed cost exposure, tariff trends, and financial impact in minutes instead of hours. It is a procurement visibility system — not a calculator and not a generic BI tool — built on the Tariff Visibility Framework™: organize your tariff data, quantify financial exposure, prioritize supplier risk, monitor changing costs, and produce executive-ready reporting. All four workbooks now open from a single Executive Interactive Command Center™, so you get one unified view of your tariff position instead of four separate files to cross-reference. Because visibility comes before strategy, TIAS-199 shows you exactly where to focus before you commit a single sourcing decision.

A System for Understanding What Your Tariff Rate Means — Not Just What It Is

Most tariff tools tell you what your tariff rate is. The Tariff Impact Automation Suite™ helps you understand what that rate means to your business. Instead of manually combining supplier data, landed costs, and tariff information across multiple spreadsheets, TIAS automatically organizes your data into dashboards that help procurement and finance teams see where the greatest risks exist.

Feed it verified HTSUS 2026 rates from the Tariff Auto-Fill Tool™ (TAF-097), or enter rates manually. When you’re ready to decide what to do next, hand its output to the Tariff Scenario Strategy Kit™ (TSSK-449).

Built by Ramie Virk, a procurement and tariff risk strategist with 20+ years of global sourcing experience. Every workbook is tested against real procurement data, not theory.

Why “We Have the Data” Isn’t the Same as “We Can See the Risk”

Clean tariff data scattered across a dozen spreadsheets is not visibility. When leadership asks where your exposure is and how much it’s costing, most teams reach for a manual report — and lose the week.

Data Scattered Across Spreadsheets

Supplier lists, landed costs, and tariff rates live in different files. Nobody can see the whole exposure picture without hours of manual assembly.

No Visibility Into Supplier Exposure

Without a risk scorecard, you can’t tell which vendors, countries, or SKUs create the most tariff exposure — so you react after the cost hits, not before.

Hard to Explain Impact to Leadership

Manual reporting consumes valuable time and still leaves you presenting guesswork instead of a clear, executive-ready picture of financial risk.

Before and After the Tariff Impact Automation Suite™

Before TIAS-199

  • Tariff data is scattered across spreadsheets
  • No visibility into supplier exposure
  • Difficult to explain tariff impact to leadership
  • Manual reporting consumes valuable time
  • Procurement reacts after costs increase

After TIAS-199

  • View tariff exposure across every supplier
  • Identify high-risk countries instantly
  • Monitor landed cost changes in one place
  • Share executive-ready dashboards on demand
  • Detect risk before it affects profitability

Four Workbooks, One Tariff Visibility Framework™

Each workbook covers one stage of the framework — organize, quantify, prioritize, monitor — and every one ends in a dashboard built for a leadership audience.

The Tariff Visibility Framework™ — Five Steps From Raw Data to Executive Visibility

Instead of building dashboards from scratch, the framework gives procurement teams a repeatable process for turning import data into actionable business intelligence — the same sequence built into all four workbooks.

  1. Organize Tariff Data

Import your SKUs, suppliers, countries, and costs into the shared Data Input tabs — with a Sample Data Input tab on every workbook so your team learns the workflow before entering live numbers.

  2. Quantify Financial Exposure

Turn raw import data into landed cost and tariff impact in the Dynamic Tariff Dashboard’s Executive Summary, Overview Dashboard, and Drill-Down Analysis tabs.

  3. Prioritize Supplier Risk

Rank vendors by tariff percentage, geography, and sourcing dependency in the Supplier Risk Alert ScoreCard — so procurement knows where to focus first.

  4. Monitor Changing Costs

Model up to three scenario snapshots and review historical trends and sensitivity in the Tariff Scenario Planner Workbook.

  5. Produce Executive-Ready Reporting

Assign owners and track progress in the Status Tracker + Task Matrix, then share the Executive Summary Stakeholder Report with leadership.

What Questions Can the Suite Help You Answer?

The suite is designed around the natural-language questions procurement professionals bring to leadership every month.

  • Which suppliers create the highest tariff exposure?
  • Which countries represent the greatest sourcing risk?
  • How much are tariffs increasing our landed costs?
  • Where should procurement focus first?
  • Which categories deserve executive attention?
  • What changed since last quarter?
  • Which suppliers require mitigation planning?
  • What should I present to the CFO this month?
  • Can I see my complete tariff position across all four workbooks in one place?
  • Do I have to open four separate files to get the full picture?
  • What’s my landed cost including tariffs, by SKU?
  • Which of my suppliers are single-sourced and exposed?
  • How do I model a proposed tariff rate before it’s official?
  • Is Excel enough, or do I need dedicated tariff software?
  • How do I brief the board on tariff exposure without hiring a consultant?

Use the Tariff Impact Automation Suite™ When…

  • Tariff rates change and you need to see the impact across every supplier fast
  • Leadership requests exposure reports before a meeting
  • Supplier costs increase and you need to know which vendors drive it
  • Quarterly business reviews and budget planning
  • Annual sourcing reviews or preparing executive presentations
  • Evaluating supplier concentration and where your risk is clustered

Built for the Teams That Own Tariff Exposure and Report It to Leadership

This suite is built for executive visibility and decision support — not legal or customs advisory. If you own the exposure report, the supplier review, or the P&L impact, it’s designed for you.

  • Procurement Directors tracking exposure across suppliers
  • Supply Chain Managers monitoring landed cost changes
  • CFOs and Finance Teams quantifying financial impact
  • Import Managers mapping duty exposure by SKU
  • Sourcing Professionals ranking supplier and country risk
  • Manufacturers and Distribution Companies preparing executive reporting

Most Tariff Tools Tell You Your Rate. This System Tells You What It Means.

Understand, Don’t Just Calculate

A rate is a number. TIAS shows what that number does to your landed cost, your suppliers, and your P&L — across every SKU at once.

Built on the Tariff Visibility Framework™

A repeatable process for organizing tariff data, quantifying exposure, prioritizing supplier risk, monitoring changing costs, and producing executive-ready reporting.

Governed by the Four Pillars

Developed from 20+ years of procurement work and governed by the standard behind the entire Tariff Operating System: Structured Logic, Executive-Ready Outputs, Clear Prioritization, Economic Defensibility.

Visibility Comes First

Once you can clearly see your exposure, you’re ready to decide how to respond. That’s why TIAS is intentionally a visibility product — strategy lives one tier up.

Tariff Impact Automation Suite™ — Frequently Asked Questions

What are tariff impact simulation tools?

Tools that model how a tariff rate change would affect your actual costs before it happens, instead of just reporting the rate itself. The Tariff Scenario Planner Workbook inside TIAS-199 does this: it models up to three scenario snapshots against your real SKUs, suppliers, and countries, so you see the dollar impact of a proposed rate change before it’s official.

How do I calculate landed cost with tariffs included?

The Dynamic Tariff Dashboard’s Drill-Down Analysis tab traces landed cost to the line-item level once your SKU, supplier, country, and tariff rate data is in, either manually or through the ERP Import Guide. If you own the Tariff Auto-Fill Tool™ (TAF-097), verified HTSUS 2026 rates populate automatically instead of by hand.

How do I know which suppliers are single-sourced and high risk?

The Supplier Risk Alert ScoreCard’s Risk Summary tab flags vendors by tariff percentage, geography, and sourcing dependency, including which ones are single-sourced with no backup. The Supplier Risk Scorecard then ranks them so you know which relationships to review first.

How do I present tariff exposure to my CFO or board of directors?

Every workbook ends in a dashboard built for a leadership audience, and each module inside the Executive Interactive Command Center™ has its own Presentation Mode that turns your live, imported data into a board-ready slide deck with presenter notes, one click away. The bonus Executive Summary Stakeholder Report template covers the same ground in Word and PDF for a written brief.

How often should I update my tariff exposure model?

As often as the rate environment changes, which lately means weekly or faster. Because the Command Center reads your workbooks directly from a real .xlsx import, updating the model is one Import Data click and one Update All Dashboards click, not a rebuild.

What’s the difference between a tariff calculator and a tariff impact simulation tool?

A calculator returns a single tariff rate for one HS code. A simulation tool, like the Tariff Scenario Planner Workbook, shows what that rate does across every SKU, supplier, and country in your actual import data, plus how the cost moves under alternate scenarios. TIAS-199 is built to be the second one, not the first.

Is there a tariff scenario planning tool built for small and mid-size teams, not just Fortune 500 companies?

Yes. TIAS-199 is a $199 one-time purchase built specifically so procurement and finance teams without a dedicated trade compliance department can run their own scenario planning, without hiring the $10,000-$25,000 in consulting work it typically replaces.

How do I track supplier concentration risk by country?

The Supplier Risk Alert ScoreCard’s Risk Summary tab ranks your sourcing geographies by risk and flags concentration in a single country or vendor, so you can see where a rate change or trade action would hit hardest before it happens.

What percentage of my landed cost is actually tariffs?

The Dynamic Tariff Dashboard’s Executive Summary and Overview Dashboard break out tariff cost as its own line against total landed cost, by SKU, supplier, and region, so you can see the percentage instead of estimating it.

Can Excel actually handle tariff scenario planning, or do I need dedicated software?

Excel handles it fine when the workbook is built for the job. TIAS-199’s four workbooks, 46 tabs combined, plus the Executive Interactive Command Center™ on top give you dashboards, risk scorecards, and scenario modeling without leaving Excel or standing up a BI platform, and everything reads your real .xlsx files directly.

Is this a dashboard or a calculator?

Neither. It is a procurement visibility system that combines executive dashboards, supplier risk monitoring, and financial exposure reporting into one workflow. A calculator returns a single tariff rate; TIAS-199 shows you what that rate means across every supplier, country, and SKU in your import data.

Does this replace Power BI?

No. It complements existing ERP and business intelligence systems by providing procurement-specific tariff analytics without requiring custom dashboard development. You get ready-to-use tariff dashboards built for procurement leaders, not a blank BI canvas built for analysts.

Can I use my own supplier data?

Yes. Import your existing procurement and tariff information to generate dashboards and risk summaries. Every workbook has a Data Input tab plus a Sample Data Input tab showing a fully worked example, so your team can learn the workflow before entering live numbers.

Does this replace consulting?

It replaces many of the manual reporting tasks that organizations often pay consultants to perform — assembling supplier data, landed costs, and tariff information into executive reports — while giving your internal team direct visibility into tariff exposure. It replaces $10,000-$25,000 in reporting and analytics work and does not constitute legal or customs advice.

How is this different from TAF-097?

TAF-097 automates tariff rate lookups and data preparation — it produces clean, verified HTSUS 2026 rate data. TIAS-199 transforms that clean data into dashboards, supplier risk alerts, and executive visibility. TAF-097 is the data layer; TIAS-199 is the visibility layer above it.

How is this different from the Tariff Scenario Strategy Kit™?

TIAS shows you what is happening today — your current exposure, supplier risk, and landed cost. The Tariff Scenario Strategy Kit™ (TSSK-449) helps you evaluate what you should do next through unlimited scenario planning and strategic decision models. Visibility comes before strategy.

Why is the system limited to three scenarios?

The suite is intentionally focused on visibility rather than advanced strategic modeling. Three scenario snapshots provide operational insight while keeping deep, multi-year scenario planning in the next tier of the Tariff Operating System — the Tariff Scenario Strategy Kit™ (TSSK-449).

Do I need ERP software or TAF-097 to use this suite?

No. Every workbook has a manual-entry Tariff Rates tab and an ERP Import Guide for pulling in your own export files. If you own the Tariff Auto-Fill Tool™ (TAF-097), the Integration Guide tab shows how to auto-populate verified HTSUS 2026 rates in seconds.

Does the Tariff Impact Automation Suite™ include an executive dashboard?

Yes. Every purchase includes the Executive Interactive Command Center™, a single self-contained file that unifies all four workbooks into one executive view with a portfolio-wide Overview, instead of four separate dashboards you’d otherwise have to open and cross-reference yourself.

Do I need to import my data into four separate dashboard files?

No. The Command Center has one Import Data button that uploads each workbook’s real .xlsx file directly into its matching module, then refreshes all four dashboards — and the Executive Overview — together with one click. You only have to do it in one place.

Why call it a “Command Center” instead of a dashboard?

A dashboard is something you look at. A command center is something you run a decision from. Large organizations have started forming cross-functional “trade risk councils” specifically to manage tariff volatility in 2026, but most procurement teams don’t have the headcount for a standing council. The Executive Interactive Command Center™ gives one person that same view: import, Overview, decision, in that order, without a committee.

Is my data actually safe if I’m importing real workbooks into a browser tool?

It never goes anywhere, which is safer than most alternatives. The Command Center is a static file: no server, no login, no account to breach. When you click Import, your browser reads the .xlsx file directly off your hard drive and holds it in memory for that tab, the same way a browser-based Excel viewer works. Disconnect your wifi before you import and everything still works, because there’s nothing to connect to. That’s a test you can run yourself. It doesn’t depend on a privacy policy.

Can I password-protect the Command Center before I share it with my board?

You can restrict who opens the file the same way you would any sensitive spreadsheet: password-protect it at the file or OS level, or simply don’t attach the live working file to the board email. What we won’t do is sell you a fake lock. A JavaScript password prompt on a static HTML file can be bypassed with your browser’s View Source, so any tool that dresses that up as “bank-level security” is selling you a feeling. The Command Center is built for one person working privately. When you’re ready to present, use Presentation Mode to generate the deck, and share that instead.

Will this turn into another dashboard we stop opening after month two?

Only if you stop touching the four workbooks underneath it — and workbooks nobody updates go stale on their own, with or without a Command Center reading them. It’s the front door to the four workbooks you already open when a rate changes or leadership asks a question: no separate account, no separate update cycle, no new habit to build. You import when you’d already be updating your data anyway.

Will my CFO or board actually trust numbers built in Excel?

Board decks usually get picked apart because three people pulled three exports on three different days, and nobody can say which one is current. The Executive Overview pulls every number from the same four workbooks each time you present, so what’s on screen in the meeting still matches the file five minutes later. Consistency earns trust faster than a brand name on the toolbar.

Can I model a tariff rate that isn’t official yet?

Yes, and that is most of the point. Section 122, Section 301, and Section 232 rates have all moved through proposal, court challenge, and revision within the same year, and waiting for a rate to become official before you model it means you’re always a step behind. The “Model a New Rate” view lets you enter a proposed or expected rate and see the impact across your real supplier and SKU data immediately, so by the time a change is confirmed, you already know what it costs you. It’s the same discipline as the free 90-Day Tariff Risk Calendar™, applied inside your own numbers.

Who should buy the Tariff Impact Automation Suite™?

Procurement directors, supply chain managers, CFOs, finance teams, import managers, sourcing professionals, manufacturers, and distribution companies who have their tariff data but need to see supplier risk, landed cost exposure, and financial impact. It is built for executive visibility and decision support, not legal or customs advisory.

Is this a one-time purchase?

Yes. TIAS-199 is a $199 one-time purchase with instant digital download — no subscription, no recurring fee, and the files are yours to keep and use forever.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final once a product is downloaded or accessed. If you run into a technical issue — a corrupted file, a download problem, a duplicate purchase — contact us within 14 days and we’ll work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion. See our Refund Policy.
