Digital Products Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Purchasing the wrong product
Lack of software knowledge or experience
Failure to read the product description before purchase
We will gladly assist with:
Download or access issues
Corrupted files
Duplicate purchases
Technical problems that prevent normal use and cannot be resolved
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can work to resolve it. If we are unable to provide a working copy or resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our discretion where appropriate.
Since the products are sophisticated procurement systems, please note we:
Show detailed screenshots.
Include demo videos.
List exactly what is included.
Clearly state what software is required (Excel version, macros if applicable, etc.).
Explain who the product is for and who it isn’t for.
This approach reduces “I thought I was buying something else” refund requests.
